Shared components test page

Typically, when adding vendors to the service, follow the following rules:

• Add all parent vendors to web.config in <VendorConfig /> section
• Do not add child vendors to web.config
• Only add components and images for child vendors if they are different from the parent vendor
• Always make sure that any new vendor ID you are setting up is configured correctly in SMS
